Mindmatters Educational Bookstore is a business in the retail education industry that markets learning material and related products.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 12-18 hours and delivery confirmed by way of delivery tracking number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Mindmatters Educational Bookstore is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mindmatters Educational Bookstore will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee where applicable at Management discression. Refunds are not accepted once an item has been purchased. We will exchange an item within 14 days of the purchase provided the item is in brand new condtion.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card and Diners credit cards, by bank transfer or branch deposit into the Mindmatters Educational Bookstore bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mindmatters Educational Bookstore by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.
