Delivery Service | Mindmatters Educational Books

Mindmatters provides textbooks for many distance learning institutions and delivers books throughout South Africa and internationally. The following delivery policies are in place and cover most of the imporant areas when choosing to get your books delivered. Please read them all.

FREE delivery applies to orders over R600 but only applies to Main Cities (as defined by our courier company) only. Email us if you have any questions about your town.

Delivery is made using an outsourced courier company so we cannot give specific delivery hours. Please provide an address where someone is able to receive the books during standard working hours. Should the couriers not be able to make the delivery and return the books to us we will charge for a second delivery.

Surcharges are levied for regional areas, farms, plots and townships.  Email us if you would like a quote to your home town.

Standard working hours for our deliveries  are  Monday to Friday between 8h00 and 17h00. Should a delivery need to be made on a Saturday or even sameday, please Email us and we will get back to you with the costs and details.

International customers need to arrange their own couriers to collect orders from our offices. Email us and we can make recommendations on international couriers.

Orders are held until they are complete and then sent out. If you would like us to part deliver your order there will be a charge for a second delivery
